Abstract
Collecting duct carcinoma is an aggressive malignancy derived from the renal medulla.
Imaging features suggestive of this diagnosis include a medullary origin, hypovascularity,
and an infiltrative growth pattern. A case of collecting duct carcinoma with unsuspected
contralateral renal agenesis is presented.
