Abstract
MR imaging of a dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma of the humerus is presented and correlated
with gross and microscopic histology from the surgical specimen. The classification
of chondrosarcoma and specific MR signal characteristics that suggest dedifferentiation
are discussed.
