- •MRS could improve diversity and inclusion by building relationships with other medical societies, hosting in-person networking events, and organizing a lecture exchange program for members
- •MRS could improve diversity and inclusion in the radiology workforce by student outreach at the high school, college, or medical school level to provide information about radiology as a career choice
