Abstract
Intraosseous ganglions occurring in the hand are rare. Most reported cases involve
the lunate or the scaphoid. This report presents a very extremely rare case of intraosseous
ganglion arising in the middle phalanx of an index finger. Multi-modality imaging
features using plane radiograph, CT, and MRI of this ganglion are presented for the
first time.
