Abstract
A case of suprasellar germinoma with subarachnoid seeding is presented. Patient had
a history of depression unresponsive to drug therapy and recently developed diabetes
insipidus. MR imaging revealed a huge suprasellar mass, heterogenous in signal intensity
due to cystic components. MR spectroscopy of the mass showed prominent lipid peak
suggesting high malignant potential.
