Abstract
Intraosseous lipoma is a rare benign primary tumor of the bone. It has a wide distribution
and may occur in the appendicular as well as the axial skeleton. The metaphysis of
the long bones is the most frequently affected region. We report a case of intraosseous
lipoma of the fibula with radiographic, gross, and microscopic features.
