Abstract
Myxomas are benign soft tissue neoplasms, which usually involve the heart, skin and
subcutaneous tissues, and rarely the ocular adnexa. We present a rare case of orbital
myxoma with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings and a review of the literature.
