Abstract
Merkel cell carcinoma is a rare cutaneous neoplasm with aggressive characteristics.
Local recurrence following wide local excision is common. Computed tomography (CT)
findings in a case of recurrent Merkel cell carcinoma are reported, with discussion
of treatment options.
