Abstract
Chondrosarcoma of the larynx is a rare lesion. Computed tomography was able to suggest
this diagnosis preoperatively and aided in surgical planning by defining the extent
of the mass in a 67-year-old man who presented with signs and symptoms of airway obstruction.
