Abstract
A case of systemic lymphangiomatosis in a child is presented and the literature reviewed.
Bipedal lymphangiography confirmed the diagnosis by demonstrating bony accumulation
of contrast medium, whereas postlymphangiographic computed tomography gave a more
accurate assessment of the full extent of bony and visceral involvement.
