Primary carcinoid tumor of the liver: A case report

      A very rare case of primary carcinoid tumor of the liver that underwent hepatic artery embolization is reported. Computed tomography showed a low-density tumor with little contrast medium enhancement, whereas angiography revealed a slightly hypervasculor mass in the liver. The computed tomography findings after hepatic artery embolization showed a marked decrease in attenuation and gas formation.
